Welcome to
Mindfully Wild - Yoga & Wellbeing

​Whether you've come to find a moment of stillness in a busy day, to move your body with intention, or to reconnect with a part of yourself that feels a little distant - you are so welcome here.

 

In this little wellness community our aim is simple; to show up for ourselves, exactly as we are, with kindness and curiosity.

I'm Amy, Yoga Teacher and Devon countryside lover. At my happiest you'll find me on my yoga mat, out in nature, curled up with a good book, or cuddling my babies. Yoga for me isn't just about moving your body, it's finding a lifestyle built around kindness, simple living and self-care, and I love sharing this with others.

I completed my initial 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2021, in Cornwall, and have since taught classes in Modbury, Plymouth and Ivybridge. Over the years, I have completed specialist training Pre- and post-natal, and toddler yoga. My current yoga geek interest is neuroscience, understanding the way our nervous systems impact behaviour, emotion, thoughts and movement. 

You can expect my classes and wellness events to provide a safe space for you to arrive as you are, move with playfulness and curiosity, lean into moments of stillness and allow time to just be.
